Our Privacy Policy

One of the most important components of our relationship with you and your company is the trust that you have placed in us to keep your non-public information confidential.

Employees of Aidos do not discuss client information with anyone outside the firm (other than our attorneys and accountants) and will not do so unless you specifically authorize them to do so. We keep information we collect and record about you and your company confidential. We maintain security procedures and standards designed to protect your non-public information at all times. Except where we are required by law to disclose it, we will not share such information with any unaffiliated entity.

In order to comply with the USA Patriot Act, Aidos must obtain, verify and record information that identifies each entity (or individual) that enters into a business relationship with us. In addition to obtaining our client/customer’s corporate name and address, Aidos may seek to obtain your tax identification number and certain other information. Aidos may also request relevant corporate resolutions and other identifying documents about your company.
